US Marshall: VOP Weapons Charges |
The U.S. Marshals – Orlando Division is looking for help from the public with any information relating to the location of Tommie Lorenzo Mills, 26, who is wanted for Possession with Intent to Distribute 61 grams of Cocaine & Crack Cocaine, and Failure to Appear. Mills is identified as a Black Male 5’8” and approximately 130lbs. He has the following distinguishing characteristics: 8 Gold Teeth (6 on the bottom & 2 on the top), 6 known tattoos; Right Calf: “joker,” Left Arm: “blank” and grim reaper, Right Arm: guy with money bag flipping coin “still I rise,” “point” and grim reaper. Mills may also be known by his street name; “Dink.” Mills has an extensive criminal history ranging from possession of marijuana & heroin, to resisting Law Enforcement Officer. During the charge in question, Mills was in possession of a hand gun, and should be considered armed and dangerous. Last known address was 122 Rhythm Circle in Orlando, Florida.

There is reason to believe that they may still be in the Central Florida area. They are sisters and their crime against our community is one we hear too much of lately. During at least October 2002 thru at least March 2003, Chanda and Stacy worked at a local hotel in the tourist area and conspired to steal and use, for their own benefit, credit card numbers from unsuspecting domestic and international tourists visiting the Orlando area theme parks. In all, during their “charge it to the max” scheme they have managed to total up approximately $72,000 on the cards they stole by charging various items over the phone, and internet from various national businesses (like Saks, Gymboree, Fabulous Furs, to name a few). Both of these fugitives were released on bond and failed to show for their jury trial scheduled in December 2006. Although they are both from Zambia, they have family members who currently reside in Orlando and New York. Both have used a number of different aliases and it is suspected that they are living under another unknown assumed name. The last known employment Chanda had was over a year ago with “Ross Dress for Less,” and “Bed Bath & Beyond” in the I-Drive area.
